|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cinnamon||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
In large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, milk, eggs, vanilla and oil.
In medium mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar.
Add dry ingredients and walnuts to strawberry mixture; stir well.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Bake for 55 to 65 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
