Great Pumpkin Bread

Great treat! Pumpkin bread is a favorite of mine!
Ingredients
  Shortening 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Canned pumpkin 1 Pound
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Flour 3 1⁄3 Cup (53.33 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nuts 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped
  Raisins 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Cream shortening & sugar till light & fluffy.
Stir in eggs, pumpkin & water.
Blend in flour, soda, salt, baking powder & cinnamon.
Stir in nuts & raisins.
Pour into 2 large or 3 small loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degee for 60-70 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
