|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, softened|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lighdy grease 13x9-inch baking pan.
For Bread, combine sugar, egg and butter in large bowl.
Beat with electric mixer on high speed for 30 seconds.
Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and nutmeg in medium bowl.
Add flour mixture and buttermilk alternately to sugar mixture, beating well after each addition.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Spread evenly into prepared pan.
For Topping, stir together all topping ingredients in small bowl.
Sprinkle evenly over batter.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cut into 12 squares
