Easy Banana Bread

Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bananas 2 , mashed
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
In large mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter with an electric mixer.
Mix in mashed bananas and lemon juice; add milk and eggs.
Sift in flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Blend well.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
