Mocha Bread Custard

Ingredients
  Eggs 3 Small, beaten
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Strong coffee 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White bread cubes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place chocolate pieces in medium size bowl, cover; cook in Radarange oven 2 minutes until chocolate softens.
Add coffee, milk, and butter; cook in oven 3 minutes.
Mix eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Stir hot chocolate mixture into egg mixture.
Place bread cubes in 1 1/2 quart casserole; pour chocolate egg mixture on cubes, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Set casserole in larger pan, add 1 cup boiling water to pan.
Cook in oven 9 to 10 minutes, turning 180° 3 times.
Let stand 10 minutes.
