This Dill Weed Bread is extremely tasty . A savory bread that you can hardly resist, this Dill Weed Bread makes an excellent meal. Try this out for your next meal and let me know what you think about this bread.
Ingredients
  Yeast 1 Tablespoon (1 Package)
  Warm water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 2 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
Directions

Combine dry ingredients.
Mix warmed cottage cheese, baking soda, onion, dill and egg.
Beat well; cover.
Let rise in warm place until double.
Knead down.
Put in greased bread pan.
Let rise until double.
Bake at 350° about 35 minutes.
