Roasted Garlic Bread
|French loaf/Vienna bread||1|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Parmesan||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
Slice bread in 1/2 inch slices, but do not cut all the way through to crust.
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients and heat on roast for 1 1/2 minutes.
Spread mixture between each slice and on the top of bread.
Wrap in paper toweling and, if desired, place in bread basket.
Heat on roast for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes.
