Wonderful Rye Bread

Ingredients
  Dry yeast 1 Teaspoon
  Warm water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Warm skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Dark rye flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 2 Teaspoon, freshly grated
Directions

1. Sprinkle yeast into warm water. Let sit 10 minutes.
2. Mix remaining ingredients with yeast. The dough will be sticky.
3. Shape into 1 large loaf or 3 small loaves. Place on nonstick baking sheet. Let rise until double. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes. Cool before slicing.
