Hot Herb Bread

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Pound (1 Cup)
  Minced chives 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen / Freeze Dried)
  Minced parsley 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), lightly packed
  Dry basil 1 Tablespoon
  French bread loves 2 Pound, split lengthwise (2 Loaves, 1 Pound Each)
Directions

Cream butter with chives, parsley, and basil.
Spread on bread halves and reassemble loaves.
Wrap each tightly in heavy-duty foil and place on grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of low-glowing coals for about 10 minutes.
Cut into 2-inch-wide slices.
