Hot Herb Bread
|Butter/Margarine||1 Pound (1 Cup)|
|Minced chives||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen / Freeze Dried)|
|Minced parsley||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), lightly packed|
|Dry basil||1 Tablespoon|
|French bread loves||2 Pound, split lengthwise (2 Loaves, 1 Pound Each)|
Cream butter with chives, parsley, and basil.
Spread on bread halves and reassemble loaves.
Wrap each tightly in heavy-duty foil and place on grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of low-glowing coals for about 10 minutes.
Cut into 2-inch-wide slices.
