Crepes With Skim Milk

Try this easy to prepare version of Crepes recipe. I am sure, once you try it, you will always crave for some more!
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  99% real egg product 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Egg Beaters)
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted (Fleischmann's)
Directions

In medium bowl, blend flour, milk, Egg BeatersĀ® and margarine; let stand 30 minutes.
Heat lightly greased 8-inch nonstick skillet or crepe pan over medium-high heat.
Pour in scant 1/4 cup batter, tilting pan to cover bottom.
Cook 1 to 2 minutes; turn crepe over and cook 30 seconds to 1 minute more.
Place on waxed paper.
Stir batter and repeat to make a total of 10 crepes.
