Banana Peanut Butter Appetizers
|Peanut butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped peanuts/Peanut flour / unsweetened/shredded coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Peel bananas and slice in two, lengthwise.
Spread each half with peanut butter and put back together.
Brush with orange juice.
Roll bananas in finely chopped peanuts, flour or coconut.
Cut into one inch pieces.
Spear with toothpick if desired.
Use as an appetizer or to garnish a fresh fruit salad.
