|Brown sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Salad oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Sour milk/Buttermilk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Diced rhubarb||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix in order given.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Dot margarine over the dough and sprinkle sugar over the loaves, about 1/4 cup or less over each loaf.
Bake at 325° about 60 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Easiest to cut when frozen.
