Basic Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
  Dry yeast 1 Teaspoon
  Warm water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Oil 3 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Dissolve yeast in 2 cups water. Mix in salt, 1 tablespoon honey and 4 cups whole wheat flour until smooth. Keep warm until light and bubbly, about 45 minutes.
2. Add 1/2 cup hot water, oil, 1 tablespoon honey, and 2 to 4 cups flour. Knead for 10 minutes.
3. Keep covered in a warm place until double in size, 1 hour.
4. Punch down and form 2 loaves. Let rise in nonstick loaf pans until double in size. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool and slice.
