Potato Bread

Ingredients
  Potato 1 Medium
Directions

1. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
2. Scrub potato, cut up, and blend with the remaining 2 cups water. Liquify.
3. Mix with the flour.
4. Bake as directed. This dough can be shaped into 4 small, round loaves and baked on a nonstick baking sheet.
