Bread Stuffing For Turkey Roasts

Ingredients
  Soft bread crumbs 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Whole eggs 2 , beaten
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix ingredients together; fill steamed halves of 3 medium zucchini.
Place on oiled cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Good with turkey roast or chicken.
