Deviled Snack Bread

  Canned spam spread 9 Ounce
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Catsup 3 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Active dry yeast/1 cake red star compressed yeast 1 Tablespoon (Red Star)
  Warm water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), heated to lukewarm
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Regular flour 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Pillsbury Best)

Combine SPAM, cheese, onion, pepper, catsup and mustard; set aside.
Soften yeast in warm water in mixing bowl.
Add sour cream, sugar, salt, soda, oil and egg; mix well.
Gradually add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition.
Roll or press dough into bottom of a greased 15xl0xl-inch jelly-roll pan or on a cookie sheet.
Spread meat mixture to within 1/2 inch of edges.
Let rise in warm place (85° to 90 °F.) for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes until bread is golden brown.
