Oregano And Bread Crumbs Pasta
|Pepperoni slices||5 , cut into strips|
|Salami slice||5 , cut into strips|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|French shallot||1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped|
|Margarine||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Dry white wine||50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Oregano||15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)|
|Black olives||75 Milliliter, chopped (1/3 Cup)|
|Corn oil||50 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Spaghetti||1 Pound (Cooked 1 Pound)|
|Bread crumbs||175 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
Melt the margarine in a non-stick frying pan and brown the pepperoni and salami strips, the garlic and the shallots over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
Add the wine, oregano and olives; reduce by half then add the oil and the pasta.
Mix well until hot, then add the bread crumbs, stirring well.
