Frosted Nut Bread Ring Loaf

Ingredients
  Hot roll mix 13 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Yellow cake mix package 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Eggs 3
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Mocha frosting 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Empty package of hot roll mix and its packet of yeast into a large bowl; mix.
Add cake mix and blend thoroughly.
Add eggs and water.
Using an electric mixer at medium speed beat 2 minutes.
Stir in the pecans.
Turn batter into a well-greased 10-inch tubed pan.
Using a spoon or spatula, gently pull batter from tube toward edge of pan.
Bake at 375°F 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake 45 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Remove from oven to a wire rack and allow to stand about 10 minutes before removing from pan to rack.
Cool completely and store.
Next day, frost top.
If desired, garnish with chopped candied fruit.
