Super easy pumpkin bread recipe, kicked up with some pumpkin ale!

White sugar | 3 1/2 Cup (56 tbs) | |

Baking soda | 2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
Ground nutmeg | 1 Teaspoon | |
Ground cloves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Mini chocolate chips | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F.
2. Prepare two loaf pans.
MAKING
3. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs and pumpkin ale. Whisk to combine all the ingredients.
4. In another bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ground ginger. Whisk lightly to combine.
5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix to combine well.
6. Fill the prepared loaf pans with the batter and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
7. Place the loaf pans on the preheated grill and allow to cook for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
SERVING
8. Slice and serve.
TIP
To avoid the chocolate chips from sinking to the bottom of the batter, coat them lightly with cocoa powder.
