Bran And Apricot Compote

The crunchy pecan waffles are eaten up even before it reaches the table. Sometimes I even have to hide them so that there is some left over for the guests. Try preparing this irresistible crunchy pecan waffles for yourself!
  Bran 1⁄2 Pound (About 225 Grams Or 1 Cup)
  Drained canned apricot 1⁄4 Pound (About 100 Grams Or 1 Cup)
  Natural yogurt 1⁄4 Pint (About 150 Milliliter Or 5/8 Cup)
  Sugar 1 Ounce (About 25 Grams Or 2 Tablespoons)

1 Divide the bran between 4 dishes.
2 Dice the apricots and mix with the yogurt and sugar.
3 Pour over the bran and serve.
Tip: You can substitute other fruit such as chopped peaches or strawberries for apricots.
This cereal dish makes a different and refreshing start to the day.
