Honey Nut Bran Muffins

Yummy Honey Nut Bran Muffins are simply irresistible. I served it recently for a party and the guest are still calling up and asking for the recipe! Don’t miss this wonderful Honey Nut Bran Muffins recipe!
Ingredients
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bran 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs) (bran)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Grease muffin tins or use lecithin spray.
Mix honey and one-half cup water in a pan and warm on the stove until blended.
Spoon one tablespoon walnuts into each of 18 muffin cups.
Then cover nuts with one tablespoon honey/water mixture.
Combine flour, bran, cereal, soda, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl.
Whisk eggs with sour cream in another bowl.
Add raisins.
Also add any remaining honey/water mixture to the wet ingredients.
Combine with dry ingredients and stir quickly.
Spoon into muffin cups and bake until golden.
Bake at 375 degrees 25 minutes
