Hot Bran Cereal

|Milk||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Grains||1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted in a dry skillet and cracked in an electric blender (Wheat, Brown Rice, Rye, Or A Mixture Of Grains)|
|Bran||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Bring milk to a boil and stir in cracked grains and bran.
Lower heat, cover pan, and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, or until cereal is as thick as desired.
Sweeten with honey or molasses to taste.
Add raisins or other dried fruit and more milk, if desired.
