Quick Bran Muffins

Ingredients
  Shreds of wheat bran cereal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Self-rising flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted (or margarine)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

Combine cereal, flour, and sugar in a mixing bowl, make a well in center of mixture.
Add butter, milk, and egg, stir just until moistened.
Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
Bake at 400°F for 18 minutes.
