Chocolate Chip Bran Muffins

|All-purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Around 250 milliliter)|
|Baking powder||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Around 12 milliliter)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Around 2 milliliter)|
|Cocoa||3 Tablespoon (Around 45 milliliter)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Around 125 milliliter)|
|Chocolate chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Around 125 milliliter)|
Microwave muffin pan, paper-lined
In a bowl combine milk, oil and egg.
Stir in bran.
In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa.
Add sugar to the liquid mixture.
Stir in flour mixture and add chocolate chips.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan, filling cups two-thirds full.
Place pan on a rack in the microwave.
Bake on High for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, rotating pan halfway through cooking time.
Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes before removing from pan.
