This simple and easy oat bran muffin needs only a handful of ingredients to bake up. The cinnamon milk and sugar to the oat bran are the key ingredients that keeps this muffin recipe sweet and simple.
  All-purpose flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Around 300 milliliter)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Around 125 milliliter)
  Oat bran 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Around 175 milliliter)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Around 50 milliliter)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon (Around 10 milliliter)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Around 2 milliliter)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Around 1 milliliter)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Around 250 milliliter)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Around 50 milliliter)

In a large bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, oat bran, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Make a well in the center.
Add egg, milk, oil and honey.
Mix just until moist and blended.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
