Easy Oat Bran Muffins
|All-purpose flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Around 300 milliliter)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Around 125 milliliter)|
|Oat bran||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Around 175 milliliter)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Around 50 milliliter)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon (Around 10 milliliter)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Around 2 milliliter)|
|Cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Around 1 milliliter)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Around 250 milliliter)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Around 50 milliliter)|
In a large bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, oat bran, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Make a well in the center.
Add egg, milk, oil and honey.
Mix just until moist and blended.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
