Hi Fiber Lo Fat Fruit Bran Milk Shake

Ingredients
  Skimmed milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Bran cereal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Apple/Fresh strawberries - 1 cup/ banana - 1/ pear - 1/ peach - 1 1 , cored and sectioned
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a cube tray, pour in the milk and then place in the refrigerator to freeze overnight
2) Into a blender put the bran, cinnamon vanilla and the fruit
3) Add the remaining 1/2 cup of milk and blend well
4) Add about 2/3 rds of the frozen milk to the blender and continue to blend on high speed

SERVING
5) Pour into a tall glass and serve chilled
