Oat Bran Muesli
|Yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Preferably Nonfat)|
|Rolled oats||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Oat bran||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pumpkin seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Banana||1 , sliced|
|Orange||1 , sectioned, chopped|
|Kiwifruit||2 , chopped|
1. In a mixing bowl, combine together the yogurt, oats, and oat bran.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. Take the yogurt mixture out of the refrigerator before serving.
4. Mix in the pumpkin seeds, bananas, oranges, and kiwis.
5. Serve as an excellent breakfast option.
