Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bran 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground flax seed 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Demerera sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canola oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened apple sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peach nectar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg replacer 3 Teaspoon (For Equivalent Of 2 Eggs, To Mix With Water)
  Water 4 Teaspoon (For Equivalent Of 2 Eggs, To Mix With Egg Replacer)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Put all dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Add the egg replacer and mix well. Add the oil and mix well. Add the apple sauce and peach nectar and mix well.
Pour mixture into greased muffin tins and bake for 20-25 mins.
