Bran Nut Muffins
|Unsifted all purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||5 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Whole bran cereal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts/Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crushed bran cereal/Chopped nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In large mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, bran and nuts or raisins.
Combine eggs, milk and oil.
Stir into dry mixture just until all flour is dampened.
Fill paper lined muffin cups 1/2 full.
Sprinkle muffins with cereal or nuts.
Microwave at Medium High (7).
