Bran Vegetable Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, quartered
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Stalk celery 1 , cut into pieces
  Carrot 1 , cut in to chunks
  Parsley sprigs 4
  Chopped broccoli/Zucchini 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Bran 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In electric blender, combine tomato juice, onion, garlic, celery, carrot, parsley and green vegetable.
Process until completely pureed.
In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Add pureed vegetables, combining well, and put mixture into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Serve with Basic Gravy or Tomato Sauce.
