Mom S Bran Muffins
|Bran||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Raw wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
Preheat oven to 400°.
Stir together first 7 dry ingredients and set aside.
Mix together milk, honey, oil and egg.
Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Spoon into well-greased muffin cups or paper liners and bake about 15 minutes or until done.
