Oat Bran Muffin

Ingredients
  Oat bran baking mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg white 1 , slightly beaten
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium mixing bowl stir the Oat Bran Baking Mix. Stir together egg white, water, and cooking oil. Add to the baking mix all at once. Mix just till moistened. Line 4 muffin cups with paper bake cups or spray with nonstick spray coating. Spoon batter into muffin cups.
Bake in a 400° oven about 20 minutes or till light brown. Serve warm.
