Bran Pastry

Ingredients
  Plain flour 125 Gram, sifted (1 Cup)
  Rice bran 45 Gram (1/2 Cup)
  Polyunsaturated oil 2 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
Directions

1.Place flour and rice bran in a large mixing bowl.
2.Make a well in the centre and pour in oil and milk.
Mix to a firm dough.
Turn out onto a lightly floured board and knead lightly.
Wrap in plastic food wrap.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out and line a pie plate.
Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
To make a sweet pastry, add 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
