Bran Sesame Crackers

Ingredients
  Oatmeal flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Ground To A Coarse Flour In Electric Blender)
  Bran 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 6 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unhulled sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine first four ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients and stir into dry.
Grease a cookie sheet generously.
Pat dough out on the cookie sheet and roll it with a rolling pin until it is as thin as possible (1/8 inch).
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the surface and roll them into dough with the rolling pin.
Score the dough with a knife in square or diamond shapes.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven.
Loosen crackers with a spatula as soon as they are removed from the oven.
Cool and store in airtight container.
