Maple Spiced Oat Bran

Ingredients
  No added sugar apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Uncooked unprocessed oat bran 3⁄4 Ounce
  Dark raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Apple pie spice 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Maple syrup 1 Teaspoon
  Skim milk/Nonfat milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. In medium microwavable mixing bowl combine apple juice, 1/4 cup water, and the oat bran, stirring to combine; microwave on High (100%) for 2 minutes, stirring once every 30 seconds. Stir in raisins and spice.
2. To serve, transfer to serving bowl and top with syrup and milk.
