Chocolate Bran Flakes Crisps
|Sifted all purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Soft butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Vanilla flavoring||1 Teaspoon|
|Corn flakes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 Package / 1 Cup)|
1. Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Set aside.
2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in Bran Flakes and chocolate morsels.
3. Add sifted dry ingredients; mix well. Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
4. Bake in moderate oven (375° F.) about 12 minutes or until done.
