1. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt; mix with All-Bran and nuts. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in sugar; cool slightly. Stir in egg and vanilla.
3. Add sifted dry ingredients gradually, beating well after each addition. Spread in greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate morsels.
4. Bake in moderate oven (350° F.) about 25 minutes or until done.
