|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Whole bran cereal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , well beaten|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, melted|
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together into a bowl; stir in bran cereal.
Combine egg, milk, and melted butter.
Add to flour mixture and stir quickly and lightly only enough to moisten.
Spoon batter equally into greased 1 3/4 x1 inch muffin-pan wells.
Bake at 400°F 25 to 30 minutes.
Immediately loosen and tip muffins in wells.
