Ingredients
  Diced mixed candied fruits 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  White raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Kirsch 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Quart
  Sweetened whipped cream 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Soak candied fruits and raisins in kirsch for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
Add ice cream; mix well.
Pack into bombe mold; freeze until solid.
Unmold onto chilled dish.
Place whipped cream in pastry tube with fluted nozzle; make small rosettes over frozen mixture, completely covering ice cream.
Garnish with holly or fresh flowers.
