Whaling Station Bouillabaisse

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , chopped
  White of leek 1 , chopped
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fish stock/Water and part clam juice 1 Quart
  Celery leaves 4
  Raw rock clams 12 (In Their Shells)
  Raw shrimp 8 Large
  Halibut fillets/Turbot fillets/red snapper/ rock cod/ sea bass 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Using a large soup kettle, saute onion and leek in oil until limp.
Add garlic, wine, stock, celery leaves, and salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Add clams, shrimp, and fish and simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until fish is cooked through.
Ladle into large bowls.
Contains about 250 calories per serving.
