Ingredients
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , thinly sliced
  Leeks 2 , sliced
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, chopped (With Liquid)
  Haddock 1 Pound, cut into pieces
  Red snapper/Flounder / monkfish 1 Pound, cut into pieces
Directions

Heat olive oil in a stockpot; sauté onions, leeks and garlic until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, fish, clams with juice, shrimp, and seasonings.
Add wine to cover, if necessary.
Simmer, partially covered, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
