|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned stewed tomatoes/Whole tomatoes||14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Red wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried thyme leaves||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dried rosemary||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned mixed vegetables/Peas and carrots / 2 cans of 8 ounces each other vegetables||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned tuna||6 Ounce, drained and flaked (1 Can)|
|Canned crabmeat||6 Ounce, flaked and cartilage removed (1 Can)|
|Canned minced clams||6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned shrimp||4 1⁄4 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)|
In large saucepan, cook onions, green pepper, garlic and parsley in oil over medium heat until tender.
Add tomatoes, wine and seasonings.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add vegetables and seafood.
Simmer 10 minutes more or until heated through.
