Hasty Bouillabaisse

Ingredients
  Green onions 5 , thinly sliced
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Canned stewed tomatoes/Whole tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried thyme leaves 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned mixed vegetables/Peas and carrots / 2 cans of 8 ounces each other vegetables 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tuna 6 Ounce, drained and flaked (1 Can)
  Canned crabmeat 6 Ounce, flaked and cartilage removed (1 Can)
  Canned minced clams 6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned shrimp 4 1⁄4 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)
Directions

In large saucepan, cook onions, green pepper, garlic and parsley in oil over medium heat until tender.
Add tomatoes, wine and seasonings.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add vegetables and seafood.
Simmer 10 minutes more or until heated through.
