Saffron Bouillabaisse

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Instant minced garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Olive oil/Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Cup Or 1 Can)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Saffron/Curry 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In 4 or 5-quart casserole, combine onion, garlic and oil.
Cook, uncovered, 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and mix to distribute evenly.
Cook, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until seafood is done, stirring occasionally.
