Spiced Tongue

Ingredients
  Beef tongue 4 Pound (1 Tongue)
  Celery flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Instant chopped onions 2 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Msg)
  Peppercorns 10
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Whole cloves 8
  Whole allspice 10
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Put enough water to cover the tongue and put celery, instant onions, MSG, peppercorns, salt, bay leaves, cloves, all spice and red chili powder.
2.Put the lid on and cook by simmering for 1 hour for each pound.
3.Once done, leat the mixture cool slightly.
4.Take out the liquid.
5.Remove the bones and gristle from the large extreme.
6.Divide the skin lengthwise and remove.
7.Cut the tongue diagnally.

SERVING
8.Serve in a dish.
