Brains in Black Butter
|Seasoned flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Toss prepared brains in seasoned flour.
Saute in heated butter until golden brown, remove to hot serving dish.
Add extra butter to pan, cook until it turns brown.
Remove from heat, add lemon juice and capers.
Pour the sizzling butter over brains, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
