Ingredients
  Smoked beef tongue 4 Pound (1 Smoked Beef Tongue Of 4 Pound)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Cover)
  Onion 1 (Studded With 1 Clove)
  Cloves 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Celery stalk with leaves 1
  Carrot 1 , sliced
  Peppercorns 5
  Bay leaf 1
Directions

1. Cover the tongue with water, add remaining ingredients and cook, covered, until tender, three hours or longer.
2. Remove the root portion and the skin as for boiled fresh beef tongue
