|Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or frozen)|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Maple syrup||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
1. Place berries in a blender or food processor and puree.
2. Mix berries with maple syrup and yogurt.
