Ingredients
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or frozen)
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Maple syrup 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place berries in a blender or food processor and puree.
2. Mix berries with maple syrup and yogurt.
