Blueberry Breakfast Gems
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||15 Milliliter|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||2 Tablespoon|
In a large bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a small bowl, combine milk, egg, and butter; mix until well blended.
Add to the flour mixture and stir just until moistened.
Do not overmix.
Fold in the blueberries.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin.
Sprinkle sugar over tops.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
