|Biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar cinnamon mix||1 Tablespoon|
In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and sugar.
In another bowl, beat egg slightly.
Stir in melted butter and milk.
Add to biscuit mixture all at once and stir just until moistened.
Fold in blueberries.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin.
Sprinkle with Sugar-Cinnamon Mix.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from pans and serve hot.
