Homemade Indigo Granita

Antioxidant powerhouses blueberries and acai combine forces to produce a colorful, healthy, and refreshing berry dessert.
Ingredients
  Frozen blueberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Partially Thawed)
  Juice of lemon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Maple syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Agave nectar 1 Tablespoon
  Acai powder 2 Tablespoon
  Stevia 1 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon (More If Needed To Blend)
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and puree until mostly smooth.
2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and freeze, stirring occasionally, until partially frozen (about 4 hours).
3. Return semi frozen mixture to food processor and puree to form a smooth but still frozen consistency.

SERVING
4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
